The Role: Development Co-ordinator / Administrator

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000pa – FTC 12 months

Our client is a large QSR brand who believe in developing their people along with their global portfolio. A 12 month fixed term contract has opened within their Acquisitions Department for a Development co-ordinator. The key purpose of the role is to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Acquisitions and New Build Construction Teams, ensuring the smooth running of the department’s functions.

The Right Candidate will have:

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Good experience in a similar role.

  • High level of organisation.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • High energy and enthusiastic attitude. 

  • Ability to prioritise work, multi-task and flexibility to changing priorities at short notice.

  • Computer Literate – proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • A good team player.

  • Pleasant telephone manner.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Manage distribution and administration of monthly schedules and ad hoc reporting.

  • Arrange monthly meetings and any other relevant department

  • Arrange for legal documentation, including project contracts and monetary transfers to be execute and returned to the relevant parties. Organising site visits and preparing presentations.

  • Pro-active approach to administrative support for all members in order to optimise their time to include travel arrangements and diary management.

  • Support cross functional teams as requested; both within the department and broader business.

  • Maintain internal control procedures to safeguard the integrity of the company.

  • Provide a high standard of customer service to all internal and external customers.

  • Effective screening of telephone calls, emails and post and wherever possible dealing with issues

  • Responsible for completing daily administrative tasks within the team.

  • Maintain the in-house databases and filing systems.
