Location: Bristol / South West / Channel Islands

Salary: £50,000pa.

We are working to find a switched-on Group Property Manager for a hospitality client with a portfolio value in excess of £120M encompassing pubs, breweries, offices and depots. This is a newly created role to support and guide the company as they continue to grow.

The right candidate will need to have a ‘hands on’ approach, a proven track record in contract negotiation and be well versed in the management of all property related services such as, repairs, maintenance, utilities and security.

In brief, responsibilities will include: -

  • Management of all the group’s properties - pubs; breweries; depots and offices.

  • Control of all property related costs, such as rents; rates, services,

  • Oversight of all property transactions and relationship with landlords

  • Oversight of all property developments, upgrades and refurbishments

  • Oversight of all external service providers engaged for the activities above

  • Define policies and procedures relating to property, for all other staff

Knowledge of lease hold properties and rent reviews would be a big advantage and the right candidate must be happy to travel across the estate as required.
