The Property Development Manager will contribute to goals and values by supporting the Director of Technical Services with managing high profile projects.

The role:

We are looking for an experienced Project/Development Manager to assist strategic growth plans and coordinate the delivery of a number of current and pipeline hotel projects.

This is a wide ranging, challenging role that will have you involved with multiple hotel brands and on some high-profile projects.

Reporting to the Director of Technical Services you will be responsible for the day-to-day project management of large and small hotel projects. Projects range across the country.

Main Responsibilities:

You will be responsible and the main point of contact on the various projects where we act as Technical Monitor, providing technical and operational advice to our Developer partners. We require you to take full responsibility for multiple projects where we Project Manage in-house.

These range from large refurbishments, new build, FF&E procurement and smaller Capital Expenditure projects. You will brief and appoint Design Team members and follow projects through to their completion and handover to our Operational colleagues. You will coordinate feedback from our in-house specialists in IT, Housekeeping, Facilities Management, Food & Beverage and Operations.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • ·         You will have several years\' experience in Development and Project Management
  • ·         Experience of Hotels and FF&E
  • ·         Technical qualification and/or Chartered Membership of a relevant body
  • ·         Design flair and passion.
  • ·         Great communicator
