This is fantastic opportunity with a company that has something amazing to offer and we are looking for an Asset Manager who can do the same.

The Role:

This is not your ‘run of the mill’ role in asset management – this requires fresh thinking, adaptability and a keen desire to succeed. You will be tasked with maximising the diverse use of the most excellent property spaces on the market and always on the lookout for new opportunities.

Not for the faint hearted, or for people who are happy to stand still, this is a role for a strong individual who is at the top of their game and knows how to get the most from a mixed portfolio.

The Candidate:

You will be driven, ambitious and ideally come from a large scale luxury, modern or quirky background. You will appreciate being part of a visionary team that are breaking down barriers on a daily basis and able to keep up with an ever evolving portfolio.

With a proven track record of operating at the highest level, your knowledge and experience will ensure that nothing is overlooked as this company continues to expand and develop.

You must be comfortable working at senior level and excellent at building relationships.

You will also need excellent financial acumen with the ability to account on budgeting and forecasting both monthly and annually.
