HR Project Manager - Luxury Hotel in London

Would look at HRBP / HR Managers with strong project experience

Industry:              Luxury Hospitality / Lifestyle Hotel Group

Location:              Head office - London

Salary:                   £37000 - £40000



  • Support company-wide projects included:
    • Group Policy: review, creation and implementation
    • Process review work incl. trackers and programme updates
  • Overall support of the HR Director
  • Support on key HR missions across the group
  • Managing project budget
  • Training needs analysis and producing training activities
  • Change management and support in implementation and adoption of new systems and processes



  • HR project management
  • Prince 2 / Agile / PMP – qualified
  • Experience of using GSuite and Sage payroll system
  • Experienced in Change Management
  • Experience in creating and implementing processes and key HR projects
  • Must have excellent organisation and communication skills (written and verbal) 
  • Experience of writing business documentation (incl. training and HR policies)
  • A second language is beneficial
