Our client is a national facilities management business that operates in the corporate sector. We are currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager with extensive experience in the security industry.

This position will directly manage Key (high profile/value) account in London.

The Key Account Manager is responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, establishing and managing the service delivery team, delivering key initiatives as well as ensuring consistency in processes, systems and reporting.


  • Direct Line management responsibility for service managers within the account
  • Ensure development, support, mentoring and effective performance is proactively and efficiently managed for the direct reports, in line with company standards
  • To carry out ad-hoc and regular activity such as projects, reports and audits


  • Previous management experience
  • Experienced in providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining relationships
  • Management experience gained within the security industry essential 
  • Experience of working within a client facing environment


  • Full, clean driving license
  • Able to drive / travel to different sites on a daily basis
  • Able and willing to work unsocial hours as necessary
  • A satisfactory Enhanced DBS disclosure is essential
