About the role:
Our client is looking for a proven General Manager to join this ever growing team. Your key responsibilities will be to play an instrumental role in the operational leadership, management and service delivery on an integrated healthcare contract. You will be responsible for a team of senior managers with experience of managing demanding client expectations. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar position. You will understand marketing strategies and purchasing. Employee engagement will be key and you will have experience of managing large teams. This contract will see you influencing and interfacing with high profile clients and this must be something you can demonstrate experience with. This is a niche role and we will only consider candidates who can match the criteria, its essential that you are prepared to live locally and come from a senior role in the Healthcare, B&I, Leisure, Retail sector.
