We are working with a highly accredited national facilities company who have an impressive list of high profile clients across many demanding business sectors.  This role is a great opportunity for soft services manager to manage a contract in a challenging and exciting ironic building in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the soft services including: concierge, cleaning, waste, security, gardening, pest control, cloakroom and key holder responsibility
  • To work with the regional operations manager and the client to develop and further enhance the contract including additional services tenders and strategic direction
  • To ensure financial budgets and targets are achieved
  • To ensure compliance with all Health and Safety aspects of contract management
  • To ensure people management is conducted in adherence to business processes and procedures

RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Essential:

  • Working hours will be flexible shifts to allow for early and late events and occasional weekend working
  • A clean full driving licence
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
  • Proven ability to analyse statistics and create meaningful reports
  • Previous experience in a similar environment
  • Experience in all aspects of managing a team

Desirable:

  • Level 2/3 Health & Safety Certificate
  • Experience in the facilities service industry (particularly soft services)
  • SIA – Door Supervisor and CCTV
