The Role 

  • Manage Supply Chain partners and assist in the Property Rationalisation processes. Manage forward works and lifecycle plans for the estate. You will manage Estate Assets and Asset Schedules / Registers. You will provide advice and reporting to the client for asset renewal and replacement of building elements and systems
  • Assist the property management team -prioritising and programming major maintenance and replacement works
  • Support in undertaking condition surveys to inform the estates forward works / Asset renewal and lifecycle plan
  • Manage all Minor Works Projects across 108 buildings -up to a value of £150k
  • Work in conjunction with to implement & manage the Projects handover process
  • Manage all Incidents assuming the lead role of \'Incident Manager\'
  • To lead on technical / estate issue resolutions in collaboration with supply chain teams
  • Responsible for compliance in terms of Statutory / Regulatory requirements
  • Manage reporting on PPM to include Statutory Tasks
  • Technical lead related to New Contract Tenders and mobilisation of new contracts
  • Provide technical advice to the on design life options and replacement regimes
  • Manage the intelligent reporting Forward works source process  creating a global template to ensure consistency of intelligent reports from all suppliers/providers
  • Planning programmes of works for Lifecycle and change including surveying and pricing
  • Utilising Facilities Condition Index through building life management plans
  • Supporting in forward budgeting for all projects/lifecycle planning
  • Ensure that the forward works/lifecycle plan is delivered according to contract deliverables and planned taking into account strategic objectives
  • Liaise with the to ensure all works changes are provided to update the asset framework
  • Manage the technical services business interface with the supply chain and supporting frameworks
  • Provide management reports to the on forward works and life cycle issue\'s
  • Experience of Working in a secure environment
  • Line manage: PPM manager, PPM Remedial planners and support staff
  • To lead on Site Assessments
  • To ensure Supplier is delivering support services required effectively
  • To produce clear and concise  Assessment Reports suitable for client presentation
  • Ensure issues are highlighted and appropriately escalated to allow resolution in a timely manner
  • Report on progress of Technical / estate service deliverables to all stakeholders
  • To identify improvement opportunities and communicate them effectively
  • Build relationships and engage with key stakeholders to ensure smooth and adequate delivery of estate services
  • Ensure the adoption of  Quality and HSE policies and procedures throughout the area of   responsibility
  • Other duties commensurate with the role
