We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Property Administrator based in London. The Property Administrator will be working closely with the Facilities Management team and will be responsible for ensuring that all activities relating to lease obligations and management will be complied with and communicated to the Tenants as per the requirements under the MSA (Management of Tenanted Space).

The post holder will ensure all communications, financial commitments and service delivery requirements are managed and communicated as per the Client’s requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Administrator to join a fast paced and dynamic team.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance / Property & Facilities Management will be advantageous
  • Has been Property Administrator on similar portfolios previously
  • Has experience in handling client and/or Firm sensitivities’ knowing when to escalate with urgency, or how to de-escalate certain risks.
  • Has experience in translating Client needs
  • Has handled a P&L
  • Flexible – able to adapt and effectively deal with rapidly changing, stressful situations
  • Proven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives
