We are recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager who can understand business needs, problem-solve, bring innovations and deliver facilities solutions that are both high-quality and cost-effective.

The Facilities Manager will play an integral part in leading and managing the sub-contractors on site covering a wide range of services including M&E, Cleaning and Security.

The ideal candidate MUST have experience managing full range of Maintenace Facilities Services with a technical bias.

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

  • Line management of the operations team consisting of - Building services, Property Maintenance, M&E and Soft service partners.
  • Ideally from similar back ground (Food or FMCG)
  • Experience needed in Hard Facility Management
  • Ideally elect / or mechanical bias or both
  • Need to understand (HVAC, boilers, safety, steam, HV , LV )
  • Strong on PPM implementation
  • Strong on Safety (Contractor Management, permit to work systems)
  • Understand Statutory Regulations regarding building management
  • Experience of managing budgets
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and operational standards are maintained at all times
  • Cost analysis and review of partners and supply chain
  • Planning for future developments in line with strategic business objectives
