Working closely with the Regional Manager you will be assisting with the daily running of Multiple Sites in the Barnsley area, primarily healthcare
Duties will include ensuring Health & Safety and Compliance are implemented correctly throughout the sites.
You will also have engineers and sub-contractors reporting to you making sure the contract requirements in relation to PPM and reactive work are met in accordance to legislation
Commutable from: Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham, Wakefield
The Ideal Candidate:
You will have good knowledge of building maintenance services and preferably come from a technical background. It is essential you are experienced in hard services rather than soft services
You will also have a good understanding of building systems and fabric in relation to both new and existing buildings and ability to follow defect processes.
