Our client has a great range of pubs, bars and eateries which has something for everyone, from quiet country pubs to sophisticated town centre eateries.

The role:

  • Management of all the group’s properties
  • Management of all property related services, such as repairs; maintenance; utilities and security
  • Control of all property related costs, such as rents; rates and services
  • Oversight of all property transactions and relationship with landlords
  • Oversight of all property developments, upgrades and refurbishments
  • Oversight of all external service providers engaged for the activities above
  • Supporting all operational and support functions in the specific area of responsibility
  • Control external service providers who currently perform many of these tasks
  • Manage risks and insurances related to the specific area of responsibility


  • Must have experience in a similar role ideally within hospitability
  • Proven experience managing multiple site
  • Maintenance background is desirable
  • Commercial focused
  • Full clean driving clearance
