Are you a Fabric Engineer with experience working within a building services environment?

Due to this they are now looking for an experienced Fabric Engineer to maintain one of their clients site South Yorkshire area

Role & Responsibility

You will be providing planned and reactive maintenance to various commercial sites in the Barnsley area

Day to day duties will consist of carrying out basic electrics, plumbing and carpentry as well as assisting engineers as and when required.

You will have good knowledge of building maintenance services and preferably qualified in a trade and will have previously worked as a Facilities environment

You will be self-motivated and have a flexible approach to work as there may be some weekend work required

 

Key Skills & Experience

  • Current Full UK driving licence
  • Experience working within a building services environment
  • Highly competent at fabric maintenance (electrics, plumbing, carpentry)

 

Location

This is a mobile role with would be ideal for someone located in: Barnsley, Doncaster, Sheffield
