Are you an electrically bias Maintenance Engineer with experience working in Building Services?

Want to work for a nationally recognised and respected organisation on one of their PFI sites in Darlington?


One of the countries leading Facilities Management companies is experiencing a period of sustained growth across the UK and is one of the most desirable companies to work for in their industry right now.

Due to this they are now looking for an electrically bias maintenance engineer for one of their sites in Darlington

Role & Responsibility

You will be providing planned and reactive maintenance to this PFI site based in Darlington

Day to day duties will consist of carrying out electrical maintenance along with general maintenance such as basic plumbing and carpentry as well as assisting engineers on other sites as and when required.

You will be a time served maintenance electrician with good working knowledge of building maintenance services and will have previously worked in a Facilities environment

You will be self-motivated and have a flexible approach to work as there may be some weekend work required


Key Skills & Experience

  • Current Full UK driving licence
  • Experience working within a client facing FM environment
  • C&G Level 2 and 3 Diploma Electrical Installation, 17th Edition certificate.
  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification
  • Highly competent at fabric maintenance (plumbing, carpentry and electrics)




This role will mainly be site based in Darlington
