The client

Working for a collection of prestigious venues in London, privately owned and extremely high profile. There has been a lot of investment and project work recently and therefore created this new role which offers fantastic career progression. The role

You will be responsible for developing projects in all areas of the portfolio – concept, full design, planning, procurement and implementation within the group’s listed property portfolio.

You will define the scope of works, assemble the initial consultant/ projects team and finalise the design with the Head of Properties & Projects.

Project Management - for designated projects you will be responsible for managing works, delivering them safely, on time and budget whilst achieving the required quality standards:

·       Understand tender and contract documents; assess tenders and advise on the selection of contractors to the Head of Property and Projects

·       Review and present all costs relating to a project from initial calculations to final figures

·       Write progress reports and analyse outcomes

You will oversee tender negotiations, contract appointments and finalise budgets for presentation.


You must be a Project Management Professional successfully delivering a broad range of projects.

You must be experienced in dealing with consultants and sub-contractors as well as demonstrate a strong focus around quality, compliance and cost-effectiveness.

You must have very good communication and stakeholder management skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You must be a confident decision maker who is at ease working with multiple options/ scenarios. A broad knowledge of interior design and finishes would be an advantage.


£50-60k per annum depending on experience and an attractive benefits package including a discretionary bonus, five weeks’ paid holiday plus Bank Holidays, and a generous pension contribution.
