The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for a Document Controller to support our Construction business. The Document Controller will be responsible for the uploading and issuing of incoming documents, including drawings, specifications and schedules. They will also register and electronically file documents whilst maintaining registers and schedules. The Document Controller will support the sites and management teams by ensuring that the document management of projects/tenders runs efficiently and maintain positive relationships internally and externally, promoting and protecting the Osborne reputation at all times. What are we looking for? We are looking for an experienced administrator who has worked with technical documents, appreciating the need for accuracy and diligence at all times. This will have ideally come from within a Construction business. You will also be able to prioritise effectively and be able to build relationships at all levels. The ability to work effectively in a team will be crucial to the role, being flexible and supporting others when the need arises. You will also liaise well with internal and external stakeholders and adopt a collaborative manner at all times.
