The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor to form part of the People Team based at our head office in Reigate, Surrey and covering the South East region. Reporting into the Group People Director you will have a dual role of Employee Relations and Project and Analysis. This will involve working closely with the Group People Director to deliver the people strategy to the business unit management teams, lead and support on Employee Relations, develop policies and guidelines to add value to the business, research and develop initiatives associated with Employee relations, provide support to enable resolution through effective relationship building, closely working with our legal partners to advise on policies and ER matters and provide line management for People Team administrator. The role will include working with the Group People Director on key project work to include research and development to support business objectives in line with business plan, projects associated with legislative and operational efficiencies and provide metrics to report on People related topics. What are we looking for? We are looking for an individual who has proven experience within a Senior HR advisory capacity who is able to build trust across the Osborne business and can lead and coach to enable Employee Relations matters are appropriately resolved. You will have strong organisation skills and able to manage complexity whilst making decisions under pressure. Strong analytical skills and the ability to summarise data with recommendations that support key objectives is required. You will be expected to collaborate effectively with internal customers and stakeholders to influence and engage in line with Osborne Values. Contemporary and up to date knowledge of UK employment law and ER practice is expected and CIPD qualification is required.
