The role

You will be supporting the Engineering Team Leader carrying out planned and reactive maintenance throughout the site which will include regular checks and routine inspections of the building services plants.

You will also be responsible for reporting any faults and identifying continuous improvement projects

Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Health and Safety processes.

 

Candidate requirements for this role:

You will be an experienced mechanically bias maintenance engineer, ideally having worked within a building services or FM environment.

Experience working in a customer facing role would also hold you in good stead for this position as would would working knowledge of another bias such as basic electrical maintenance

You will be working closely with the rest of the maintenance team so this would suit someone enjoys working with a team but also has the ability to work alone

The following is also required for this role:

  • Recognised apprenticeship in mechanical engineering.
  • IOSH would also be highly desirable.
  • NVQ L3 in plumbing & heating 
  • Health & Safety awareness

A positive attitude and team player mind frame also goes a long way in this company
