They are now looking for a Projects Coordinator to support the Mechanical Project Manager a their Nottingham office

The Role

Working closely with the Mechanical Projects Manager you will be assisting with all admin duties, liaising with engineers and sub-contractors on a daily basis and ensuring all reports and incident are logged accurately and accordingly

Other responsibilities will include creating jobs and arranging purchase order numbers, producing health & safety paperwork (both method and risk assessments), setting up tender packs and obtaining project forecasts

 

The Ideal Candidate

You will have previous administration experience and strong IT skills; competent with using all Microsoft packages

It would be beneficial if you have work within Facilities Management or building services before and have a good understanding of health & safety.

Experience liaising with engineers would also be a huge advantage

There is scope to train and develop to Project Manager so this would suit someone who has a desire to progress their career
