Business Support Officer

Are you looking to expand your administration experience within a technical department? Do you have an interest in Social Housing or Property? Are you used to working in a fast paced environment? If so then this could be the perfect role for you! 

I am working with an established Housing Company located across London, with easy transport links and a friendly, team-player environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your knowledge within Social Housing and develop into the privately rented and sales area of the business.

I am currently looking for a Business Support Officers across four areas Southgate, Slough, Elephant and Castle, and Earlsfield, each role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

  • Salary range £18,750 - £22,000 per annum depending on experience

Business Support Officer duties:

  • Managing your own portfolio you will ensure that 100% gas safety compliance within each property
  • General administration duties required within a lettings team such as new tenancy packs
  • Maintaining the in-house record database
  • Support other departments within the business as required
  • Carrying out regular audits on paperwork completed by the lettings teams
  • Maintaining reports on local performance
  • Keep record of all key/fob registers and allocation/sale of keys/fobs
  • Coordination of training


  • Excellent administration skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point and other IT based programmes
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to plan well
  • Housing experience with a technical understanding 
  • Minute taking experience
