I am excited to be recruiting two Area Cleaning Managers - this companies cleaning division is really going places, and they are looking for like minded individuals to join their successful team and play an integral part in the growth and development of the division in the coming years.

Candidates must have;

  • Experience of managing multiple cleaning sites & contracts. 
  • Experience in quoting works/business development within their region. 
  • Ability to liaise and work professionally with clients and staff
  • Motivate, manage and lead all staff
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Full UK Driving licence.

You will be responsible for the daily operations of a variety of contracts ensuring high levels of deliverance are maintained across the Norwich region. The role requires flexibility in working hours to suit the business needs and you must be able to travel.


  • Manage a team of Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives to deliver a high quality cleaning operation across numerous sites
  • Manage and control the cleaning services in line with the agreed specification
  • Actively enforce relevant statutory Company and site health and safety compliance
  • Actively identify new business opportunities and additional works within your region. 
  • Identify and rectify service improvement opportunities
  • Monitor and control wages to revenue analysis
  • Evaluate, communicate and rectify all internal audits conducted
