I am working with one of the largest social housing company’s located in Stratford, with easy transport links and a friendly, team-player environment - this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your knowledge within social housing and develop into the privately rented and sales area of the business.

Hours: 35 hours a week Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm meaning no more late finishes or weekends!

Salary: £18,750 - £22,000 depending on experience

Benefits: Pension scheme plus 34 days holiday (including bank holidays)

We are looking for a full time team administrator with a keen eye for detail as well as excellent verbal and written communication to join the PRS team. To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work within a busy office environment with a hard-working approach to your work. It is essential that you have excellent IT skills/knowledge of using Microsoft packages and are able to use your own initiative as well as work well in a team.

The successful candidate will provide assistance to the lettings team and perform tasks relating to the marketing and letting of the company’s portfolio of PRS properties. This includes data input, marketing, leads management, appraisals, tenant referencing, mail outs and creating and maintaining property listings on the companies own website as well as Zoopla and Rightmove

Associated tasks:

  • To ensure that all statutory compliance and associated documents are completed in full and filed in the correct manner.
  • Maintain all documentation within the technical department.
  • Incoming calls from tenants and clients
  • General filing and paperwork
  • Acting on enquiries
  • First point of call in the office
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and partners. 

Education and Experience:

  • Previous experience undertaking administration duties in a housing company environment is essential and non negotiable

Essential

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point and other IT based programmes.
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation and policy.
  • Housing experience with a technical understanding 
  • Minute taking experience
