Location: West London
We are seeking an experienced senior manager to provide departmental leadership on the delivery of responsive repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance across a residential, retail and hospitality portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervising a maintenance team
- Co-ordinating planned preventative maintenance
- Daily operational maintenance support of properties
- Annual planning and budgeting
- Assisting with Health and Safety audits
- Ordering stock and equipment for the department and hotels
The ideal candidate:
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Previously managed and developed a team
- Have good customer service skills
- Experience in hospitality desirable
