A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join a family run fire and security specialist based in London. They have been trading for over 20 years and have a number of blue chip contracts in the city; they are looking for an administrator to join the team to support their current growth.

Your role;

Based in East  London and reporting to the Operations Director you will be responsible for a wide variety of duties, providing a professional administrative service in a busy service environment as well as basic accounting.

Hours Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00.

Salary £20,000 - £25,000 + a range of company benefits. Part time option available, salary will be based on a pro rota.

Immediate start available.

Your main duties include;

  • Assisting customers with any queries both over the telephone and via email.
  • Raising purchase order numbers and invoices.
  • Processing appropriate documentation.
  • Assisting the manager with any administrative duties.

Do you have the following skills? 

  • Experience as an administrator.
  • Efficient computer skills including use of the Microsoft package and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ideally experience working with SAGE.
