Health and Safety Jobs
You will review and produce reporting on all hard services estate trends. Analysing activity across the estate looking at ways that improvements can be made in a variety of ways including changes in servicing regimes and new products. A developing role in to drive customer experience, adding value and driving cost efficiencies.
Coordination and production of reports, plans and procedures
Production of business cases to assist the Estates Technical Manager in influencing the client in change management of estate services
Providing the client with relevant processes, information and knowledge to assist them in making informed decisions on improvements and changes
Assisting the client and the Relationship team with the implementation of any initiatives.
Ensuring contractual obligations are delivered and sustained
Ensuring project/client satisfaction with agreed outcomes and best practice methodology
