Our client is a growing commercial and office cleaning services company who have been offering an extensive range of expert cleaning and complementary specialist services in London for over 25 years.

As a Business Development Manager you will source new business and grow a strong network of contacts in London across multiple sectors.

Key Requirements

  • Work closely with the contracts team to identify new service stream opportunities with existing customers
  • Conducting presentations to potential clients
  • Responsible for day-to-day sales activities and working with service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Builds good relationships with business managers and be able to discuss & agree how customers can be effectively supported and developed.
  • Understands business principles and language, including the fundamentals of finance and profitability.
  • Lead negotiations & conduct presentations to gain new business from new and or existing customers
  • Play a key role in the production and delivery of innovative tender documentation and presentations.

Proven selling experience in contract cleaning or facilitates services is a MUST!
